What we keep
To make an account work across devices, we store the details you sign up with, your profiles (up to three per account), what you save to My List, and how far you’ve watched each title.
Why we keep it
We use this data to sign you in, to sync your profiles, list and progress between your devices, and to resume playback where you stopped. We don’t use it for anything else.
Crash reports and notifications
The app uses Google’s Firebase services to receive crash reports, so we can find and fix bugs, and to deliver notifications. These services receive technical information about your device and the app, as described in Google’s own privacy policy.
Downloads
Titles you download are stored on your device. Removing them from the app removes them from your device.
This website
This website doesn’t ask you to sign in and doesn’t include advertising. Our host may keep ordinary server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Deleting your data
To delete your account and the data tied to it, email support@flix-stream.site from the address you signed up with.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above.
